Working in Autocad, we provide lighting and dimming schematics in the form of individual drawing sheets, or we add convenient NCS layers to the drawing set.

We provide professional quality RCPs, sections and elevations, details, and dimming schematics to smooth the process of design through construction. The drawings will include graphic symbols, dimensioning, labeling, and additional annotation for installation and control of fixtures.

Dimming schematics include load schedules, and risers, and one-line diagrams to illustrate and define the required dimming equipment for the project engineer.

Specifications are provided in PDF binder-file format to the design team, for easy mark-up, approval and distribution to any interested team member.

Fixture schedules include multi-name vendors, full descriptions, manufacturers, catalog numbers, lamping, installation notes, and purchasing responsibility. This makes it easy for the contractors to see what is in their scope of work to supply, versus FF&E materials provided by others. These can be inserted as Excel files in to the drawing set, or distributed in PDF format.
