This direct-supply method keeps your local hard working specifier representative in the loop and ensures that they set the pricing to the supplier, enabling you to hold them accountable to the budget pricing they provide us for your project. Contractors are provided a specific scope of services for handling materials, and the direct- supplier provides the rest, including qualified submittals and, if necessary, pre-approved substitutions. No more "packaging" alternatives and spurious VE submittals being pushed through at the last minute.
